The bigger the job - the better the price!!!
Small areas usually require a lot more work which is why they cost more. Sanding 1m2 around a toilet or under a wall hung vanity is a lot harder than sanding 1m2 in the middle of a large square room.

51+ m2 - $75 /m2 inc. gst
Floor wash - $2.50 /m2 inc. gst
Extra coat of Bona Traffic - $9.00 inc. gst
